Hawthorn Glen

Rauch owns 18 homes in Hawthorn Glen Neighborhood located in Charlestown, IN. These fully-accessible houses are rented to individuals with disabilities and families that include someone with disabilities. Some of the individuals who live at Hawthorn Glen are part of Rauch’s Supported Living program, through the Community Living department, which helps individuals with disabilities live as independently as they are able. Coming Soon – Bellevue Village

Rauch is currently building a new housing community in Scottsburg. Over the next three years, we will build 32 units of affordable accessible housing in duplexes and triplexes plus a community building and accessible walking trail. Leasing will begin in Spring 2027.
