Supported Living

Supported Living Services, offers services to people with disabilities, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  People with disabilities are valued members of the community and through Supported Living they learn to actively participate in the community and learn to live more independently.  Rauch Supported Living will help the person with a disability to find a home in their income range, offer financial guidance, teach daily living skills, provide transportation and help plan recreational activities. Clients who are eligible for this program must be on the Autism, Traumatic Brain Injury or Developmental Disabilities Waiver.

Supported Living Services Offered:

  • Residential Services are designed to support the individual to learn, increase and maintain skills that enhance independent living.
  • Daily Living Skills such as cleaning, cooking, shopping, money management, personal hygiene, safety skills, socialization skills, utilization of community transportation services, medical oversight and more.


All Rauch, Inc. Supported Living staff are:

  • Trained and certified in CPR, First Aid and receive on-going training in the following areas: Human Rights, Medication Administration, Supervision and Documentation, Client Specific Training, Person Centered Planning, Behavioral Supports, Crisis Prevention Intervention, Emergency Management and Safety and Universal Precautions
  • Dedicated to enhancing the ability of the individual to lead a self-determined life by providing support and information necessary to build self-esteem, assertiveness, and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledgeable about the formal and informal supports available in the community.
  • Skilled in assisting the individuals to identify and gain access to support in order that each individual reach his or her goals.
  • Able to recognize the importance of friends, family, and community relationships and encourage social and recreational activities.
  • Empathetic to the diverse challenges individuals face.
  • Willing to strive to ensure the individual in their care is encouraged to take pride in their accomplishments, remain optimistic in spite of set-backs, and becomes as self-sufficient as possible
