2008 Sponsership Levels :
• Title Sponsor ($10,000 investment) Your company’s name will become a part of the event’s title (The ABC Company Imagine Awards). Your company will receive recognition in all media activities (radio with Clear Channel Broadcasting, Television and with the Courier-Journal, New AlbanyTribune and The Evening News); Representatives from your company will be included in pre-event interviews and publicity; In addition you will receive a table for eight (8) persons at the event and special recognition at the event. You will also receive the option of Exclusivity. We ask those considering Title Sponsorship to also consider a three-year commitment.
• Stellar Sponsor ($5000 investment) As a stellar sponsor, your company’s name and logo will appear prominently on all printed materials. In addition, your company’s name will be mentioned in all media activities. You will also receive a table for eight (8) persons at the event and recognition at the event on table.
• Corporate Partner ($1000 investment) Corporate Partners will receive recognition in all print media activities. They will also receive a table for eight (8) persons at the event and recognition at the event on table.
Other sponsorship opportunities:
• Silent Auction Sponsorship ($1,500 Investment) Approximately 50 items including six-ten pieces of original art created throughout the year by Rauch’s own "A Place to Create" will be offered for auction during the event. For your sponsorship, the auction will be titled and advertised as the "Your Company" Silent Art Auction. You will receive special recognition in all print media activities and during the event. You will also receive a table for eight (8) persons at the event and recognition at your table.
• Entertainment Sponsorship ($1,500 Investment) One of the things that truly makes the Imagine Awards an event of the highest order is the level of entertainment. Typically, the entertainment includes a local orchestra who plays throughout the cocktail hour and during dinner. After the meal, we feature a nationally known comedian who has a disability. For your sponsorship, the entertainment will be titled and advertised as "Entertainment provided by ‘Your Company.’" You will receive special recognition in all print media activities and during the event. You will also receive a table for eight (8) persons at the event and recognition at your table.
• The Imagine Award ($1,500 Investment) Created by Zimmerman Art Glass, the Imagine Award is exclusive to this event. You can have your company’s name attached to this beautiful blue and green swirled piece of glasswork, given to three worthy recipients who have made a significant contribution to those challenged with a disability. For this sponsorship, Signage on site will note you as the award sponsor. As such, you will receive recognition in all print media activities and during the event. You will also receive a table for eight (8) persons at the event and recognition at your table.
• Reception Sponsor ($1,500 Investment) The Imagine Awards is an evening of celebration and recognition. As the reception sponsor, your company’s name will be the first our guests encounter as the festivities begin. The reception features the beginning of the silent auction, the Orchestra, and hors d’oeuvres for our guests. The reception lasts for an hour. If you choose to be the reception sponsor, your company’s name will be tastefully displayed on the reception tables and at three cash bars planned for the evening. You will receive recognition in all print media activities and during the event. You will also receive a table for eight (8) persons at the event and recognition at your table.
