Chief Financial Officer
A member of the Management Team, the Chief Financial Officer manages the financial affairs of the corporation, administers the fiscal department and personnel functions of the agency, is responsible for personnel effectiveness of employees, as well as quality assurance, and assists in both the overall planning functions and daily operation of the agency. Director of Development
A member of the Management Team, the Director of Development identifies and pursues grants and special projects, develops and implements a marketing plan, analyzes and implements public relations programs, develops and implements planned giving program, creates, implements and maintains a record keeping systems for donors, and assists and participates in overall planning functions of agency. Reports directly to CEO.

Staff Accountant
Full time position, degree preferred, but relative work experience considered. Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to, assist in month en and year in closing and annual audit, identify and create reconciling entries as needed, monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, assist with payroll processing, process items effecting inventory, job costing and sales orders, maintain fixed assets and calculate and book depreciation, and assist with some human resource functions. Salary commensurate with experience and level of education.
Janitor
This is a fulltime position. Responsibilities include completing assigned work according to schedule, following the Employee Safety Manual, and being available for assignment in any area on any job and shift as schedule requires.

Direct Service Professional - Supported Living
Full and part time positions available
Provides direct assistance (companionship, guidance and support) within the community to individuals, families or groups of individuals with extraordinary support needs. Facilitates each client's experience of and participation in daily life as a valued member of the community. Assures that areas of Supported Living Services operate appropriately and safely, within regulations set forth by licensing and funding agency standards (CARF) and in accord with the agency's mission, values and code of ethics. Must be able to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays and have access to and the ability to operate a properly registered and insured motor vehicle to provide transportation for clients.
